All direct orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), check, or money order. Payment must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank account and made payable to Internaturally, Inc.
Shipping and handling: We allow UPS to calculate shipping costs, but you may specify in a note to us to use another shipping carrier, such as Priority Mail, Fedex, etc. Postage is based on weight per total order. There is no shipping charge for free catalogs and any other free offerings. Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days.

New Jersey residents we add 7% sales tax.
Personal checks are held for clearing (two weeks) before processing an order.
OVERSEAS (outside the United States): We triple all postage for air delivery.
We do not ship via surface mail.
UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box or U.S. military post office box addresses,
such as APO and FPO.A street address is required.

Returns Policy
Current editions of clean, salable books, magazines, and other goods, are eligible for full credit refund, less postage and handling fee, and $5 per item restocking fee, if returned within one months of invoice date. Invoice information is required. Items in good condition returned without invoice information or beyond the time period will be credited 50% of list. Items marred by non-removable labels will not be accepted. Items received in damaged or defective condition must be returned within 30 days. Sale items are not refundable. All DVDs or CD's are non-returnable unless damaged, and will be replaced with the same item. Returns, marked clearly with invoice numbers, should be shipped to:
